ALLAH does not change the state of people, until they change it themselves

Life and three questions.

Gimmie a purpose, and I'll give you a reason
Gimmie life and you'll get death
The world goes round and we stay put
What's our purpose?
To live? To die? To mock? To save? To kill?

None know of thier purpose
Not even you and I

Allah has granted us this life and definitely there is a purpose to it. But have we ever took out some time from our busy  lives to think of this purpose? I guess not.The three most important questions we should ask ourselves are "Who am I?" "What am I here for?" "Where am I heading to?" and we will easily find out whether we are living our life the way it is desired or not.

A man of the modern day world will answer these questions quiet differently then someone whose identity hasn't yet been stolen by this luxurious world.

Man of the modern world

 "Who am I?"

= A person of today will answer this question by telling his name, his social status, his profession, his identity. He would be proud to boast about his being above others.

"What am I here for?"

= He will think the reason of life is only earning money, getting a good fortune, name and fame. Trying to win in the race and leave others behind in worldly materiel things.

"Where am I heading to?"

= I am heading towards a better life, a higher status, a higher rank in this world.

Thus, in all his answers there will be no mention of the real life, or the purpose of this life which has been granted to us so that we can prepare for the life ahead.

Right Answers:

"Who am I?"

= I am a human being, the most highest of Allah's creations and most important a Muslim.

"What am I here for?"

= I am here so that I can obey the commands of my creator to gain His approval and be under His blessings. I am sent to help my fellow beings in difficult times, to be a reason for their happiness and to give a shoulder to cry on in their sorrow

"Where am I heading to?"

= I am heading towards my grave with every passing day. The day of judgment is closing in on me so I should prepare myself for it so that I don't regret wasting my life in trivial things and resulting in being sent to Hell.

A man of toady is totally a man of this world and not of his creator. With every step he is getting closer to his own destruction.

We don't know when life will end for us. It might be today or maybe after many long years. But are we prepared to face Allah? He gave us everything but what are we doing?  We have left the straight path we are no longer on "Sirat-e-mustaqim" and it is a shame for us. Let us all promise today to Allah that we will try to be better human beings and live our life according to the ways told by Him. We will not let Satan be our leader. We won't follow him because his path leads to hell. Allah's path will take us to heaven, "Jannat" and so that is the path we will now follow. May Allah guide us and keep us steadfast always. Ameen .

Let's opt for quality

I came across this video today and thought of sharing it with you guys. I found it very informative and it caused a huge variation in my spirits.

After watching this video, I was thinking that---the notion"bacchey do he achhey" is not good. :D And apart from it, I was thinking that if we Muslims are going to be in majority in the next 3 or 4 decades to come then why don't we become a proper Muslim? The one desired by Allah. Why don't we fulfill his commands and live our life according to Hazrat Mohammad P.B.U.H.'s vision of a Muslim.

Our present condition is truly and absolutely pathetic. We are being oppressed, disgraced and governed by despots. All around the world, we Muslims are a victim of foreign invasion. We are being excriminated and deprived from our rights. Our religion which is no doubt a religion of peace is considered extremism and those who follow it strictly as one should, are called terrorists and all this is our fault. We left the right path so whatever is happening is a counter-action.

If we'll be a majority by 2050, and we are still in this present pathetic condition, then what good will it do to us? I mean quantity doesn't matter especially in Islam. Quality has always been Allah's demand.

Remember the contrast in Ghazwa-e-Badr of 313 and 1000? It was the quality of their "Imaan" that won them success in that war. And how about the Battle of Qadsia and the take-over of Roman Empire by the Muslims? That also didn't depend upon quantity. If it would have, then we would never have won that impossible war. Again it was the quality of "Imaan", the spirit of "do or die" in the name of Allah that enabled them to conquer the huge Persian and Roman Empires.

Today, again we are called to perform the divine duty assigned to us for being who we are and to stand for Allah. I know the enemy is at large, it has better equipment and elements are in their favor, but do we care? According to Iqbal a Muslim is:

jis se jiger lala mein thandak ho wo shabnam
daryaun k dil jis se dehel jaen wo toofaan

Allah will help us we just need to have faith. In Surah Nasr He says,

"When comes the Help of God, and Victory, And thou dost see the people enter God's Religion in crowds, Celebrate the praises of thy Lord, and pray for His Forgiveness: For He is Oft-Returning (in Grace and Mercy)."

Now that we know that we have Allah's help if we help ourselves, let's get ready to rule the world again. Lets get prepared for the time to come. Lets become better Muslims. :)

The Base Fault

Who is at fault? Is it those politicians we are always cursing? No, it is us. We ourselves are responsible for this chaotic environment. The corruption is in us, only the level is different depending on our status.

If we, the people of Pakistan don't take our nation and its problems seriously then why would anyone else? We call it our homeland, our motherland but do we consider it to be so? These are mere words. It is high time we start taking things seriously and work together to bring a change. We are the power of this nation. All we need is some sincerity and unity and we can build it to be a strongest nation!
